What types of firms do you work with?
We work primarily with accounting and advisory firms, and also support finance and accounting teams within companies. The firm size ranges from 10 employees to thousands. If your firm is navigating AI adoption and wants structured, expert-led support, we're likely a fit.
Do you work with firms that are just getting started with AI?
Yes — most of our clients come to us in early or mid-stage adoption. Whether your team has never used AI tools or is already experimenting but lacks structure, we meet you where you are.
What AI tools do you support?
Our training and advisory work spans Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude. We're tool-agnostic — our goal is to help your firm build capability, not promote a specific vendor.
How long does an engagement typically take?
It depends on the scope. A standalone training workshop can be delivered in a single day. A full AI Foundations onboarding program runs 4–6 months, taking into account seasonality. Our AI-Ready Audit and advisory engagements typically span 1–3 months.
Do you offer ongoing support after the initial engagement?
Yes. Our Fractional AI Ops Team provides continuous enablement — strategy oversight, vendor management, and content updates — for firms that want to sustain momentum after their initial program.
